Economist · Data Analyst · Data Engineer Available for work

I build data systems that turn raw information into decisions.

I'm Emilio, an economist working in data. For the past two years I've built KPI systems, reports and automations for one of Argentina's largest consumer-goods companies, using Python, SQL, Power BI and advanced Excel. That mix lets me work both sides: engineering the data, and reading it as an economic or financial analyst would. Plus an unusual extra: a designer's eye for how results are presented.

02 — How I approach projects

Three principles behind everything I ship.

Understand

I come from economics, so I start with the business question: who needs this data, what decision it feeds, and what "good" looks like. Most data problems are actually definition problems.

Design to scale

I build the simplest thing that works today without painting tomorrow into a corner — clear data models, idempotent jobs, and documentation the next person can actually follow.

Keep learning

From economics to Power BI, Python, SQL and data engineering certifications — I keep adding tools. And side projects in design and game dev sharpen how I present the work.
